Process quality management for coffee harvesting and drying through the enterprise actor model

Abstract

This article presents the management of activities related to quality control in coffee harvesting and drying. The objective of this research is to obtain a production model, to facilitate the collection of coffee and increase its productivity. In order to achieve this objective, a business integration model called “Modelo Actor de Empresa-MADE” will be used, with which it is possible to manage the quality processes of the coffee companies in such a way that they produce larger quantities, at lower cost and with the highest quality.
