Abstract
This project seeks to innovate in teaching Márkov chains, a key concept in probability and industrial engineering education, through the educational game “Decode the Chain.” The aim is to facilitate understanding of these mathematical models by using a playful approach that encourages students to interact with the concepts in an engaging and accessible way. The qualitative methodology adopted will assess how participants assimilate and apply the knowledge acquired through the game, with the goal of enhancing their motivation and skills in advanced mathematics. The game is expected not only to strengthen the understanding of Márkov chains but also to have a positive pedagogical and economic impact by providing an innovative and engaging tool for teaching complex concepts in educational institutions.
