Automatic acquisition of data from a temperature sensor installed in an electronic device manufacturing system
Main Article Content
Abstract
This paper presents the conditioning of the signal of a temperature sensor with automatic data acquisition for a homo installed in a vacuum chamber of a cathodic sputtering system activated with radiofrequency. The heating furnace reaches temperatures up to 900 ºC. The conditioning and analog-digital conversion of the voltage signal coming from the temperature sensor incorporated in the oven is presented, to then deploy and store these values automatically in memory.
