Proposal to characterize the design of corporate games, supported on aspects of user experience related to satisfaction in use

Abstract
In corporate games design – serious games focused on training or educating employees in an organization – the user must be taken into account throughout all the phases of the process of game development in order to achieve a user’s satisfying experience; while at the same time, the main goals in type of environment are achieved such as the learning of the employee. By virtue of described, a characterization based on the aspects of the user’s experience, which is related to the satisfaction in use, taking as a reference the ISO 25010 standard, is proposed. This paper presents a proposal to carry out a characterization of the corporate games from the user’s experience and guidelines for the design of corporate games which improve the user’s response and boost up their success.
